3 Bedroom Cabin in Merrillan

The new Copper Cabin brings to mind words like “warm, quiet, peaceful, colorful.” We were able to put this all together once again with the help of family and friends who helped us to display their treasures and with the local Amish who helped us to create and build it.
Copper Cabin can accommodate 10 people. 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 3 additional beds in the large loft area, 2 full baths (with Jeff’s custom walk-in shower upstairs!), full kitchen with all cooking utensils, cable TV, covered porch, patio, fire pit area, charcoal grill.
We are tucked back into the woods, so you are more likely to see a deer or turkey than another person! But we are only minutes from all the area has to offer: hundreds of miles of ATV trails, fishing, boating, hiking, golf. There are year round local events, fairs and flea markets, like the Strawberry Fest in summer, Cranberry Fest in Fall and many more in between. A local brewery, winery, excellent local restaurants and good old fashioned service!

Summary: Really enjoyed our time at the Copper Cabin. It had all that we needed. Close to restaurants, nature and perfect spot to visit our extended family in the area. We flew in to the Twin Cities from NYC and the drive was so easy. We will definitely be back.

Summary: Beautiful clearing where I could relax while my children played & explored. Property owners are amazing & know how to create a cozy home away from home. We enjoyed walking down the ATV trail nearby.

Summary: This is a perfect place for my group of friends to stay for a weekend of bumming around the area. It is not luxurious, but very quiet and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. We have stayed here before and will stay here again!
