Summary: As Paris newbies it was great. Near 3 Metrolines, markets, boulangeries and cafes near by. Had everything we needed. Washer a bonus!

Summary: Pros: Great location, hostess super nice. Cons: This is a historical district so building is kind of old with thin walls. It is quiet 5 out of 7 nights, the other two nights, upstairs had party till 3 AM and 6 AM. And also no elevator but manageable.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our visit to Paris. I was looking for a simple space with easy access close to Paris main events and this was perfect. The space is comfortable and warm and the beds were comfy. Claude was a gracious and helpful host.

Summary: Paris is truly a very beautiful city. The apartment studio was perfect. The neighborhood was perfect, we felt at home through out our stay. As advertised it was definitely and conveniently close to everything. Navigating through out the city was made easy by the several metros near by. I will highly recommend this apartment studio at the Marais. I will book this studio again when we come back. Merci Godofredo Espano

Summary: The landlord did her very best to get an adequate air conditioner installed. It was much needed & appreciated. The floors throughout were far from clean. You should see my sox! The bathroom pipes along the floor were filthy. The area did not feel safe as there were many homeless around. Only 1 towel was provided per person. It couldn't be washed & dried in time for another shower. I don't we will ever use VRBO again.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at Claude’s studio apartment for 3 nights during the Paris Olympics. Claude made us feel most welcome, showing us in and giving lots of tips for the local area. The area felt safe, clean and very well connected to public transport. There are convenience stores, bakery, coffee shops and lots of bars and restaurants close by. The apartment was clean, convenient and a perfect base for us to explore Paris and get to Olympics venues. Thank you Claude!
