Positive: Nice useable living space, comfortable couch with "fireplace." The bathroom was clean and spacious. The laundry was a nice addition. The kitchen was well provisioned and all of the appliances were new and in good condition.
Negative: The skylights were nice but it made it difficult to sleep in - A retractable shade would be a nice addition. The downstairs neighbor made a lot of noise almost the entire time. Starting at 7am they start blasting music and don't stop until the evening. Neighbors next door were throwing a party all weekend and their kids screaming actually had us concerned. Parking was not optimal and we had to drive around a bit to find good parking. Not a lot to walk to/I would want to do so after dark.
Summary: Comfortable inside but noisy neighbors. Good value for Boston area.

Positive: Everything about this apartment met our expectations. Everything we needed was here. From a full-service kitchen to a washing machine and dryer. The property is very clean and well maintained. The Wi-Fi and entertainment options were fantastic, even our two teenagers were satisfied. We actually felt as comfortable here as we would in our own home. All the comforts of home. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and family.
Summary: Very pleased with the price, comfort and cleanliness of the property.

Positive: very well equipped and fresh studio with all amentities needed for a good stay it is perfect for a couple
Negative: location of studio requires travelling to main attractions of Boston; we used commuter train with nearest station Four Corners/Geneva, which does not seem to be a safest place especally in the eve.

Positive: The apartment was very clean! The bed was comfy! It was very nice to have the sectional, table & stools and the recliner for additional seating. The kitchen was fully stocked of supplies. The bathroom was clean & large. We had air conditioning & new windows for ventilation. We felt safe while we were there. Home away from home:)
Negative: There were too many strong air fresheners. It was overwhelming when we first entered. We moved them into a back closet when we arrived & opened the windows to let in fresh air. We only had 3 wash cloths in the bathroom. More would have been helpful.
Summary: Spacious studio apartment near downtown Boston- safe home away from home!

Negative: I didn’t like it was on the 3rd floor (I’m just lazy - so no affront to the owner and the street parking was horrendous. I was in Boston for a graduation and most nights coming in after midnight. I had to find parking on other streets, and although the area was pretty quiet, the property is in Boston.

Positive: The apartment is objectively beautiful. Everything is brand new, modern, tasteful and obviously the owner has invested a lot of money in this apartment.
Negative: I have mixed feelings. On one hand, what I have described in the "pluses" has to weigh in, in my review. On the other hand, I feel I have been deceived by the owner when he described in the description, and then in the confirmation mail he would rent me a "two bedroom apartment" (he specifically mentioned "room 1 - large bed, room 2 - sofa bed) In reality, it is one large studio with one bed and one sofa bed. Let's say that, if I had understood that I was renting an open space for four instead of two rooms, I would have stayed elsewhere. Of course, you may judge by yourself whether the owner has been guilty of false avertising by writing "two bedrooms" in the description or whether he has been transparent enough by writing "large studio" in the title. What is sure is that you will not be renting two rooms, so if this is what you are looking for, this place is not for you.

Positive: Kitchen was cute & well stocked. Very nice desk by a window to do a little work. Electric fireplace was nice. There is a nice size washer & dryer in the unit. The bathroom is cute with a nice jacuzzi tub.
Negative: Property listed as a 2 bedroom. It is not. It is a studio. No 2nd bedroom. Description did not mention anywhere we would need to climb up to 3rd floor. It did say there was an elevator, but we never found one up to our 3rd floor apartment. I have bad knees, so this was extremely hard on me & I would have NEVER booked here knowing that. The apartment was freezing when we arrived and it took until the next morning to warm up. The couch needs to be replaced. The cushions sink down into it and it is therefore extremely uncomfortable and hard to get off of. There were supposed to be 3 beds (1 being a sofa bed), but there were only 2 (1 bed plus sleeper sofa). The bathroom has a nice jacuzzi tub, but the sides are very high and hard to step over, especially without some sort of hand bar or rail to hold on to. We were very disappointed. We wanted to have a place to come back & rest during the afternoon, but since I couldn't go up & down those steps multiple times a day, we could not even utilize the apartment during the day. Printer was made available, but had no ink.

Negative: Private parking. There's free parking on the street but we are use to having a parking space. You'll learn quickly to get a spot. Lol
