Large home with direct access to its own private beach! The magnificent front porch stretches over 50 feet capturing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The family dining area boasts views of Long Island Sound through the inviting sliding glass doors leading out to the porch. Enjoy three large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The house is also equipped with air-conditioning and 2nd floor laundry facilities.
THIS IS A LARGELY UPDATED TWO-STORY OLDER HOUSE ON THE BEACH WITH STAIRS AND HIGH SEAWALLS. NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN. NO PETS ALLOWED.

House is located in a quiet neighborhood of residential homes with permanent residents. As such we must insist there be:

NO SMOKING of any kind, including marijuana
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS on the premises
RESERVATION POLICY:
Check-In Time 04:00 PM | Check-Out Time 10:00 AM
Cleaning Fee: $450.00
Minimum Rental: One Week
Maximum Rental: Two Weeks
Can sleep 7 adults comfortably. Maximum of 8 overnight guests per reservation.
Minimum age of renter: 25 years old
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full payment due at time of booking.
Full refund if canceled 30 days prior to date of beginning of reservation.
50% refund if canceled between 15-30 days of beginning of reservation.
No refund if canceled less than 15 days of beginning of reservation.

Summary: Our visit to this home was outstanding. We selected this house for the water view and it did not disappoint! The property was thoroughly equipped with all kitchen/bath and household supplies. My family had a great time experiencing all the local activities and dining options. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. Thanks again K and C for our enjoyable stay.

Summary: From our first interaction with Kim and Chris we were very happy with our choice for a place to vacation with our family! Their home is very neat, clean and spacious. There is plenty of room for young and old alike to spread out in the house. The bedrooms are very large with plenty of bed for sleeping. The putting and chipping area were a hit for our 3 year old grand daughter and the adults too! Communication with Kim and Chris was outstanding. They did everything they could to make our week enjoyable. I would say the only small disappointment was the private beach. Like many small CT beaches it was mostly small rocks and little sand. However this did not stop everyone from enjoying low tide looking for shells, sea glass and small odd rocks. There are plenty of local town and state beaches within a very short drive. We hope to rent this property again in the future! Thank you Kim and Chris for offering such a great place to vacation!
