Welcome to our holiday away from home.
Our spacious Seaside Holiday Villa boasts fantastic views of the sea and surrounding mountains and is ideal for families and groups of up to 8 people.
With four ensuite bedrooms this spacious seaside villa has an open plan living area, multiple balconies with stunning sea and mountain views, a beautiful dining area and is a mere 20 meters from the beach in the picturesque village of Orahovac.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and has central heating, duvets and blankets for the winter months. There is also free WiFi, plus parking for two cars at the front.
The spacious open plan living area is kitted out with a large sofa, two large arm chairs a smart TV and French windows opening on to the terrace over looking the Bay of Kotor.

If you walk through an arch at the far side of the living area you will find our modern, fitted kitchen with hob, cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, mixer/ liquidiser, toaster, utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, freezer box, plus a large dining table and eight chairs.
The first of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor and includes a king-size bed plus a double sofa bed and room for a cot( which can be supplied on request).There is also a bathroom with Bath/shower and washing machine.
On the top floor we have three bedrooms, two with King-size beds and one with twin beds. All bedrooms have their own shower rooms and balconies. The two double rooms have sea views and the twin room has a mountain view.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service.
Linen and towels are included and changed once a week or between rentals.
Extra linen can be arranged,
Beach towels are not included.
Duvets and blankets are available for winter bookings.
Prices are based of 8 people, there is an extra 20 Euros charge per person after that.
On arrival at the villa you will be greeted by one of our neighbours who will show you everything.

The local village shop is open most of the year, but all shops are shut on a Sundays.
The night life is good in Kotor old town with lots of cafes restaurants.
The local bus service runs quite late between Kotor and Risan and there is also an Orahovac taxi.

Summary: The house was everything we could have dreamed of. We were two families travelling together and the villa provided all of us with plenty of space. The facilities were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the views from the terrace. Everything had been thought of and we particularly appreciated the umbrellas and beach toys that had been left. The house is in a wonderful location- the water was beautiful to swim in and very safe for the children. Ana (the housekeeper) was very helpful and arranged a speed boat trip for us. This was the hi-light of the trip. We also drove the Serpentine Road for the wonderful views over the Bay of Kotor and visited Kotor. This is highly recommended- a wonderful trip.

Summary: Three generations spent a wonderful week in this beautiful villa which surpassed all our expectations. The house is very well-maintained. Everything you need is there, even books and films. The atmosphere is cosy and friendly, so are the neighbors. The sea view is fantastic. We had some lovely meals on the terrace with mussels and fish bought in the neighborhood.Good advice from the owner concerning restaurants and activities. Conte in Perast is our favorite. The beach, a couple of minutes away, is very good. Even in late autumn the temperature was perfect for swimming. We made excursions every day in our hire car around Kotor bay and down to the coast, up in the mountains. There is so much to see and enjoy in the region. We even had lunch in Albania one day. The owner provided extremely good service and we will recommend our friends to visit Montenegro and stay in Hollick Villa, Orahovac.

Summary: Lots to do in the vicinity apart from the fact that you are only a few yards from the beach. Very accessible host and friendly local agent on hand to help out if required. Local beach bars and restaurants were good too. Perast would be a more 'swanky' location perhaps although much more touristy and we loved the local feel of Orahovac, and the neighbours were very friendly.

Summary: Vila Hollick is a beautiful Vila. Very impressive from the outside and excellently decorated and furnished inside. The 3 of the bedrooms are en suite and the 4th has its own bathroom. There's even another bathroom for good measure on the middle floor. The kitchen is also great and everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of balconies to choose from with fabulous views over Kotor Bay. The small hamlet of Orahovac is really peaceful and the ideal spot to get around and see the lovely sights of Montenegro. There is a small local, well stocked, shop and even a small pebbled beech within 50m. When we were there the 2 local beech bars were closed but looked as if they were both getting ready to open for the high season. The Veranda Restaurant and Amfora Hotel are both within very easy walking distance and the food at both was very good. Kotor is only a 5 euro taxi ride away and there are loads of restaurants to chose from there. Amanda was extremely helpful when we were arranging the trip and Ana and Melina couldn't have been more helpful during our visit and nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend Montenegro and the ideal place to stay is Vila Horrick. Thanks to Amanda, Ana and Melina for making our stay so enjoyable.

Summary: Excellent spacious accommodation located a few steps from the beach with the added benefit of parking. We arrived quite late in the evening in the dark and were welcomed by a neighbour who gave us a tour of the property and a brief run through of the general running of the aircon, washing machine etc. We awoke in the morning to the spectacular views across the bay that can be seen from the balconies of the 2 front bedrooms and the main living area. The property is close to a couple of small shops to get the basics and a hotel and beach cafe which all gave good service. Excellent food in the hotel and really friendly service from the beach cafe down the road. Kotor old town is well worth a look and the Roman Mosaics down the road are fascinating. Quite a lot of interesting things to see and do around the bay but you have to travel up and down the same stretch of road. It gets really tight off the main roads so hire a small car and be prepared to do plenty of reversing! All in all a very pleasant place to stay and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We were 9 ladies on vacation in Vila Hollic for a week. everything was as advertized and more. The location is great, beautiful little village not so far away from the town of Kotor. The property was clean and well-maintained and the customer service good. We will highly recommand this property!!

Summary: Dear Amanda, Just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay in your fantastic house in Orahovac very much and that the service from Ana and Milena was great. We went for a hiking trip in the mountains (our idea was to walk from Orahovac to Perast through the mountains) but we missed a few signs so we finally got lost ;-). We bumped onto a hunter/shepherd that could show us the way we needed to take... and we phoned Ana who served as translator... what an experience that was! ;-) We also enjoyed the good food that Fanika served us on one of the nice evenings ;-). You have very nice neighbors over there. It was the second time that we visited Montenegro with our family and we all love this country very much so we hope to come back in the future. Summary: Our stay in Orahovac was one of our best holidays we have ever had with family and friends. The Villa is perfectly situated on the sea front with local restaurants and shop a minute walk away. The villa is furnished well and provides a lovely home to come back to after a day on the water and near by beach. The large terrace area allows you to spend long lazy lunches and dinners with friends and family looking out over the most amazing scenery. Will go back every year if possible. Orahovac is perfectly situated to see all that Montengro has to offer.

Summary: The house is in a perfect location, very near to the beach and on a small quiet side road. The house is very well maintained, with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and large terrace with table and chairs which allows for lovely lazy evenings eating and taking in the view.. The views from the bedrooms and terrace are spectacular and give an extensive view of the bay and hillsides. The property was very clean and clearly well cared for, the arrangements for the house were clear and helpful and the housekeeper who showed us round was also cheerful and friendly. The beach is small but the water is beautifully clear and swimming was delightful. the beach is very popular at weekends, but during the week, it was reasonably spacious and quiet. The villa is in a good location, near enough to easily get to busy kotor but also offering a peaceful location with easy access to other sites to visit I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants to see Kotor bay - it is in a lovely part of the bay and the scenery is truly spectacular. We were a group of varying ages and everyone the holiday and staying in the villa.
