Summary: We stayed here over Christmas break through New Year's and had a wonderful time. Everything you need is there or easily obtainable within walking distance (except the beach). I loved it here and I am speaking for my entire family.

Summary: Perfect accomodation for extended family reunion with pool and large outdoor covered spaces. The six bedrooms were spread around the property. There were three large dining tables around the property that could hold all twelve of us for meals. Located away from the tourist areas (1.5 km from beach) so we met locals and shopped with them. Last minute auto rentals were available 250 meters from our door. Fit our needs perfectly.

Summary: Upon arrival to the property no keys were in the lock box as described in the “welcome email”. The lockbox was open and in disarray. A key was left in the door to the outside upstairs bedroom. Who knew?? I called customer service and a lock smith came promptly to the villa. He was professional and explained everything to us about keys, locks and gate remote. After he left management was to come to the house to meet with me, management never showed up nor did I hear from them for the duration of our 7 day stay. Additionally, three of the six bedrooms have there own outside entrances, one cannot access these bedrooms from inside the house. (This should be in the description of the house on the website) One of the exterior bedroom suites in the corner by the pool had a water bug problem at night. The other interior bedroom adjacent to the other bedroom by the pool had blind snakes (Googled it) in the bathroom at night . The exterior bedroom suite closest to the laundry room had no hot running water nor a working shower head. It was broke off. I suggest that all light switches be labeled and replace the non working ceiling fan in the living room. The floor fans provided were filthy…we cleaned them! Your welcome. Also, update the living room furniture, it’s out dated and uncomfortable. The house and grounds overall are very nice but could be even better if the owner would just listen and act upon a few recommendations. The potential is there if folk just gave a damn. The pool maintenance guys were friendly and efficient while the grounds keeper never showed during our 7 day stay. Instructions need to be included on how to use tv’s and warn of when the refrigerator in the kitchen makes ice that it’s electronic display and internal light 💡 goes dark. It leads one to think that the refrigerator is not working. One last thing replace all non working lightbulbs inside and out!!

Summary: The place has all the amenities need to put together a little bday dinner. We were all super happy with the place. And have already recommended to several friends and family who want the experience. The only thing I would have wanted for even more peace of mind is a security system for the house even if not for the front gate as the property is big. But that’s us for peace of mind we come from NY. The neighbors were nice though have us fruit off their tree so that was amazing. No complaints hey you might see us book again!!!
