Summary: This is a nice, little house at a great price about 10 min North of downtown Ravenna. The house has lots of character as it's old, but well maintained. There's one bedroom on the first floor (bed is very soft and lighting is a little dark) and a bedroom and office with a futon on the second floor. The stairs to the 2nd floor are pretty steep. The bathroom has a decent amount of space with a walk-in shower (no tub) but does not have a shelf in the shower to put your toiletries on. 1 or 2 shelves would be most helpful. The living and dining rooms are nice and comfortable. As the bed on the first level was too soft for me, after a couple of nights, I slept on the couch (very comfortable) and when my sister arrived for the weekend, she slept in the 1st floor room, so really can't say anything about the comfort of the upstairs space. The kitchen is fine, but be aware that not all the cabinets latch closed, so you might knock your knee on a lower cabinet door a time or two. There is a toaster and it will work if you hold down the mechanism the entire time you want it to heat. The microwave is great and the stove works well. There is a small cutting board (too small for any serious cooking) and plenty of knives and silverware, pots and pans. Although it looked nice, we didn't have time to enjoy the backyard. The house is right next to a business and across the street from a auto shop. Overall it's a nice place near Ravenna.

Summary: In one word … perfect. Traveling with my 3 dogs makes finding a place that is quiet, private, and pet friendly (without multiple restrictions) very difficult. Look no further!! A cute, cozy house, big backyard, and plenty of privacy is what we wanted and what we got. The owner was very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. I’ll be sure to book this house again the next time I’m in town.
