Summary: I selected this lodging because it is literally the only place to stay in Ravenna, and because I like antiques. This B&B exceeded my expectations. It is lovely, comfortable, warm and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I had fun exploring the rooms and taking in all the antique furniture and art and collectibles. It has clearly been renovated recently (bathroom) and it's well-maintained, with period details. It was very clean. I loved the plants in the common rooms too. My only regret was that it was too cold to enjoy the beautiful porches. I will return to enjoy them, in the future. Highly recommend this place!

Summary: We have been in Kent three times the past year and always stay at the Rocking horse. We love its vintage charm and beautiful quaint neighborhood. Bob is extremely thoughtful with all the extras he provides. We will be back.
