Our front door opens into a large Great Room with comfortable leather furniture, including a massage recliner. The dining area has a 4x8 ft. Granite topped dining room table with ample seating for 8, and a bar with seating for 4 where you can interact with whom or whatever is going on in the kitchen. The dining area gives access to our large covered deck where you can view the Currituck Lighthouse, watch family members play pickleball or carry food down a few steps to an outdoor stainless steel charcoal grill. The kitchen is fully equipped and well stocked with everything needed to fix either quick or gourmet meals. As you turn into the hallway, the laundry area is hidden behind louver doors. Ahead to the right is the spacious Master bedroom, we call it the Magnolia room, with a Smart TV, a Jacuzzi tub, double vanities, separate room for shower and commode. The Master also has a small private deck. Next is the Ivy room decorated in calming shades of green and is home to the largest of the 4 Flat Screen TV’s. Past the two-room hall bathroom is the Lighthouse room where you will find two twin beds set up as a Day Bed with a pull out Trundle making this an ideal bedroom for either children or adults. As you walk through the condo, you may not notice the subtle changes that also make this home Wheelchair Accessible and Handicap Friendly.

Summary: This is our third time staying at this condo. We love the central location to historic corolla village and Tim Buck II and Food Lion as well as its proximity to the fitness center. Eileen, our host, host is always responsive if we have a question. The condo is very spacious and lives up to its name as the comfort zone.

Summary: Had an incredible stay. Eilene was so easy to talk with and very caring down to the smallest details. There was a small issue thru no fault of her own but she took such care and initiative and handled it quickly and communicatively! Hoping to come back again very soon. Also the walk to the beach was easy, the beach area itself was stunning and we loved the amenities that came with our stay. My kids and I loved our time here very much! Thank you for such a warm hospitable stay!

Summary: Condo is well kept and spacious. Had all of the things we needed and then some. Nice outdoor deck. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and also a short drive to take the 4x4 beach access road to go look for the wild horses.

Summary: Condo was very clean upon arrival. It was also very close to restaurants. We were able to watch Pickle Ball games as the deck faces the courts. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The condo was beautiful, and very much as presented on the VERBO listing. Had a few minor issues crop up which Eilene was very gracious in handling in a very timely manner. Only negative was the young family in the unit above us. With three young children, the inevitable sounds of running feet got to be a little much at times, but that is not something that can be controlled. We would definitely consider renting with Eilene again.
