Positive: The condo was wonderful. Comfortable and sweet. Location was perfect.
Negative: I tried three different times to speak to someone to resolve three different issues. The first time was on the weekend so spoke to whoever takes.calls on weekends. That person was completely rude and unhelpful. (As in "what do you want me to do about it?). The other two times I was told the manager (at Kokopeli) was out of the office and would call me back. I never got a call back either time. So while the condo was wonderful, I would probably not stay at one of their facilities again.
