Las Casitas La Ladera have just been built. On a large plot of 2.500 m2 in the middle of the campo exactly on the border of La Romana / Hondon de las Nieves are these 2 very luxuriously finished casitas with all amenities.
Here you have all the space and peace to enjoy your holiday.
The casitas have a living-dining room kitchen, 1 bedroom for 2 persons and a very luxurious fully marble bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
On the 25 meter above site there is a large swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters with comfortable sun beds, beautifully landscaped garden and roof and possibility to buy a drink.
In view of the importance of peace for our guests, we have chosen not to rent out these casitas to families with children.
You are located 5 km from the picturesque village of La Romana and 6 km from Hondon de las Nieves which are both very cozy real Spanish villages.
The environment you are in consists mainly of vineyards, almond and olive groves.
There are many options for cycling and walking tours.
A mountain bike can be rented.
Renting a 125cc motor scooter is also possible.
Only 30 min from the airport, Alicante.
Most beaches such as Santa Pola, Guardamar del Segura, Los Arenales del Sol can also be reached in about 35 minutes.
Also nice to visit one of the many bodegas, you are finally in the area of wines.
