Summary: The house was well stocked and very comfortable. We were able to rent a boat for the majority of our stay and spent a lot of our time on the pond.

Summary: We stayed at the house while we visited with friends who live on the lake. The host was very gracious, accommodating and quick to answer any questions which I really appreciated. Great lake view, close to the grocery store (10min), and a great ice cream shop (5min), dirt roads to the house have seen better days but the neighborhood was quiet, books and games, tv, and basic cooking supplies made our stay comfortable and convenient.

Summary: Home was clean with lots of amenities, plenty of towels for both use at the beach and showering. Major shopping center only about 15min away which was convenient. Most major areas to visit were less than an hr such as Freeport and Portland.

Summary: Very comfortable clean cottage facing the lake - gorgeous views of the lake, very quiet surrounding neighbors. Bed mattresses and pillows very comfortable. Huge TV with access to many channels. Well supplied kitchen although we didn’t cook in much! Rowboat available which we didn’t use. Great towels - real towels not laundry service rough towels. We had an enjoyable stay and would book again!

Summary: Had a wonderful, relaxing 10-day vacation at this perfect waterfront location. We made the most of our water toys and great weather while rowing and floating in beautiful Sabattus Pond. The courts at nearby Oak Hill High School allowed us to work on our tennis game as well. The house was spot-on for our needs, and we’d gladly stay here again. The ice cream at Fielder’s Choice, a walk or quick drive away, is not to be missed!
