-The property can fit 9 overnight guests, but two guests will have to sleep on the 2 separate couches in the living room. You will be charged $50 per guest over 7 guests. This will cover the extra blankets and pillow costs.

House Rules (Please read carefully)
1. Please only lock the top lock of the main door with keys when leaving. And please make sure to check that the bottom lock is unlocked before closing the door. Elaborated on the 'KEY INFORMATION' sheet next to the main door.
2. Loss of keys/ garage door remote replacement cost. $15 for each key and $120 for the garage door remote.
3. If there is a loss of keys or you are locked out of the house, a $100 callout fee will be charged if it happens between 7 am-10 pm. $150 callout fee for times between 10 pm-7 am.
4. No smoking allowed inside the house. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly when smoking outside the house.
5. Cleaning- Please try to leave the Airbnb in the same condition it was when checking in. Please wash the dishes and leave them in the drying rack to be sorted into their designated areas. Please leave used towels on the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, the cleaning fee only covers the vacuuming, mopping and washing of linen at the end of your stay.
6. Please check and turn off the aircon, lights, TV, gas stove, and oven at the time of your check-out.
7. Please be courteous of our neighbours and everyone around. Please treat the home as if it's your home. Please be aware of ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. Not available for quarantine purposes.
8. Please ask the host if anything is needed.

Summary: My colleagues and I stayed at this property for 2 nights, the house has a beautiful calming vibe. Comfortable beds and overall it felt at home for us all. The property management for this house was impeccable, great and fast communication with understanding and a pleasure. Thank you so much for the weekend we were there all 5 of us are in total agreement that we rate this house and Ovin with 5 stars.

Summary: Ovin's place is an amazing place for a large group stay in. Our group consisted of one infant, 6 and 10 year old, a 17 year old and 5 adults. The house had ample space for our group to run around in the daytime, and sleep and relax at nighttime. The house has an extraordinarily big front yard and a backyard more than enough to entertain our and our friends kids. The full kitchen had coffee, tea, sugar, pots and pans and even complimentary small milk portions. Even our host was a godsend, like I stated earlier we had an infant in our group, and Ovin was nice enough to ask if we needed a high- chair (which I completely forgot to even ask if the house had one) for our infant to make our stay easier. Nice quiet neighbourhood (sorry for our loud kids-oops) with an elderly couple next to us and a young family in the front house. Beds and pillows were more than comfy and warm enough for our restless children (and us). There is a massive shopping mall (Westfield carousel- i think?) about 10 mins driving distance from the house, which had mini golf, a bowling alley, a Hoyts theatre, an arcade and a huge range of restaurant for us to dine at. I hope I left the house in a decent shape Ovin and thank you so much for being thoughtful, responsive and generous throughout our stay. Thank you
