Positive: Easy to get in & out. Check-in was quick & easy. Checkout was even easier
Negative: The rooms need some updating. You can tell all the furniture, fixtures & carpeting are from either the 90’s or early 2000’s. It would be nice to have a mini fridge as standard in the rooms

Positive: This is where I stay every time I visit Laughlin (which 3-4 times a year). I really miss the Big Horn Cafe which had the best tasting food in Laughlin and at a reasonable price. The hotel rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. Most of the staff are friendly and courteous.
Summary: Always enjoy my Laughlin trips.

Positive: The location was very nice. The staff members were very nice.
Negative: The TV in the room was very old and disgusting. I don’t think I had seen a TV like that in 20 plus years. We paid a lot more than the other rooms and we ended up with a really big (not flat screen) TV. The curtain in the room let the light shine into the room, and we had to request a refrigerator. Won’t be going back!
