1st Floor: Living Room, Wood burning Fireplace, Dining Room, Kitchen & half bath. First king master bedroom with gas fireplace, TV, walk- in closet and a master bathroom with walk-in shower. Second king bedroom with a TV and full bathroom. (NO GRILL AT THE PROPERTY)
2nd Floor: (upstairs), Loft with sitting area and two queen bedrooms each with their full bathroom.
Lower level: Family entertainment room with pool table, gas fireplace, Bunkbed room with full bathroom. A bonus room with a poker table and another sitting area with bar area.
PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVING: NO MOTORCYCLES OR SLINGSHOTS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS COMMUNITY.
Rates:
General (4-night minimum):
January-May: $500/night (3,500/weekly)
June-December: $550/night (3,850/weekly)
Holidays:
July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are charged at $600/night ($4,200/weekly) and require a 5-night minimum
Additional Charges:
$500 refundable security deposit
11% tax will be applied to rental rates
Cleaning fee of $400 per reservation
$65 reservation fee (plus tax)
$50 damage protection plan
Optional 6.5% Trip Insurance will be applied to rent
Firewood Notice: Not all wood-burning fireplaces will provide firewood at the property. We can have firewood delivered to the property per request, we offer 1/4 cord for $100 or 1/2 cord for $180. Please order ahead before your arrival.

No smoking allowed on the property, inside or outside.
A maximum of 4 vehicles are allowed on the property. Any additional vehicles need to be left at the rental and sales center parking lot.

Decks need some attention. Disappointing lack of a view, but is was July and lots of leaves on the trees. Low humidity and cooler temps compared to where we live, so made the long trip worthwhile.

Reviewer Comments: Our only real issue: one of what was supposed to be two master suites did not provide a closet. We were told that was because the owner uses it, so it was locked. As a result, the other couple with whom we were sharing the bulk of the rental cost had no closet to use and were forced to share our closet in the other master suite. Awkward, at best. For what we paid for this rental, that is unacceptable. We were disappointed there was no barbecue grill to use, but that wasn't a deal killer, by any means. We were happy with the overall condition of the property and the quality of the amenities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all absolutely loved this house. The only downside that we were a bit unhappy with was the lack of kitchen supplies for cooking. We don't want to have to purchase a whole thing of oil, or anything basic to use for only 4 days. Also, to only give us 1 packet of dish washer detergent was silly. We stayed 4 nights and ran it everyday. We also had to buy extra toilet paper! We felt there could have been more communal house items to use.

Reviewer Comments: Pros- The home itself is beautiful and accommodated our family of 14 well. The fireplace outside was our favorite place to gather and we had firewood delivered to the house which was very convenient. Grocery store is also about 20 minutes away and Amazon delivered to the home. Cons- The home was located 15 minutes up on top of the mountain and that information that would have been nice to know. Coming from Florida where it’s flat, it was uncomfortable at times for us to drive up and down the mountain everyday. We ended up leaving a day early because there was a snow storm coming and we could have been stuck in the home or if we would have been forced to leave it could have been very dangerous for us to stay and try to drive down the mountain. Days before our arrival we were informed that we would not be able to use the jacuzzi and that was a feature we were most excited about with the home. Homeowner have outside cameras and an alarm system and were watching us. They are very nervous about renting out their home. They called the property management several times which then turned into them calling or emailing us a bunch of times interrupting our vacation with complaints of minor things like having too many people at the house (even though the property management knew we booked it for 14 people months prior) and complaining that their alarm system was going off because doors were being left opened. (That was because the weather was nice and cool and we are from hot Florida and we were enjoying the weather.) When I spoke to the manager of the property management company he was a character on his own and had a hard time understanding my frustration with the emails and several calls having to explain the same thing over and over but ultimately, he agreed that the homeowners where being a little ridiculous with their complaints and was allowing us to stay even though the homeowners wanted to kick us out.
