Summary: The house and neighborhood were both beautiful! Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate but when the fog and rain cleared out the view was very nice. My only complaint would be the parking, there was only parking for two midsize vehicles.

Summary: We loved the cottage, but the parking was not conducive to the amount of people the cottage sleeps. Only parking for 2 cars - very claustrophobic. We found many dead cockroaches and some live ones too. The queen bed upstairs needs to be replaced. There was a big hole in the mattress. Other than that, the cottage was very homey and pleasant.

Summary: This home was perfect for our long weekend and hard to leave! We spent so much time in the open kitchen and family room because the views were incredible. We hiked each day to gorgeous waterfalls and the kids loved the pool. Amazing stay! We will return!

Summary: This house is beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of beds and bathrooms for 12. We enjoyed the screened in porch, grill, and hot tub. Beautiful views from the living room windows. This house is situated close to the tennis courts and Beach Club. Our family ranged in age from 83 to 13. We enjoyed a whole day of activities at the Beach Club: swimming, paddle boards, canoeing, volleyball, and the Rock slide. If we had stayed longer, we would have enjoyed the trails. It was a great stay in a peaceful setting!

Summary: We had a great stay at the Lazy Lodge. The kitchen is well stocked, beds comfortable, plenty of towels. Hot tub was relaxing, the view was amazing. Had a great weekend stay!

Summary: Very good. It had everything a large group needed, and was very accommodating for all of our age groups. They even supplied baby gates and the decor was safe enough that it didn't take much to baby proof it.

Summary: Lovely cabin, great directions, easy access. Lost water due to broken pipe which made things difficult for a day and 4 of our party left early due to little ones needing a bath etc. which was unfortunate.

Summary: This is our second time at Big Canoe and the area is great. This property was beautiful.. almost too big because we didn’t touch two bedrooms! The hot tub was nice to sink into each evening and the movie room was a perfect spot to relax and all be together. Pics don’t do the place justice. Thank you!
