The space
Our home has three bedrooms and a huge 3rd story loft. The loft has 6 beds with a huge amount of room to plop kiddos on the floor in sleeping bags. The kitchen is home to Thermador appliances and beautiful wood counters.

We want our guests to know that this addition is the first phase of several as we develop our property. As such, the downstairs does not have a bathroom. Both bathrooms are on the second floor.

Summary: This property was perfect for our retreat. The house was very clean and newly constructed. The kitchen was well stocked with the cookware and serving utensils we needed to serve our group of 11. The rooms appeared more spacious and better in person than online, which was great! The only downside is that there is not a washer/dryer yet and we didn’t have enough bath towels. The owner had someone bring us more towels the next day & that took care of the problem! The owner was quick to respond whenever I had questions. Palmer was a charming little farm town to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and offered lots of privacy with a view of the mountains. We even got to see a moose! We would stay here again.

Summary: The house was a beautiful place and perfect for the retreat we were having. I cannot thank David enough for allowing us to use the house. We had plenty of room for the activities we had planned and we absolutely loved it.
