Summary: Overall, I had a nice experience. The staff was friendly and quick to help once I was able to reach someone, but when I first arrived, I couldn’t find anyone for about 45 minutes. There wasn’t a receptionist or housekeeper around, so it was a little difficult to know who to contact when I needed help. The property itself was clean and well kept, and I enjoyed the pool. The bar and restaurant were closed during my one-night stay, so unfortunately I didn’t get to enjoy those amenities. One thing to keep in mind is that there are no elevators, so if you have a lot of luggage, you’ll need to carry it up the stairs. I had to carry mine up three flights, but honestly, that’s partly my own fault for overpacking. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I just think it would be even better if someone were easier to reach when guests need assistance.

Summary: We loved our stay here. The pool area was beautiful and had a hot tub as well. There was a game room and shelf with books for kids. Very family friendly. The place was very clean and had a coffee bar area set up in the morning. There was a gift shop and restaurant. Overall we loved it here. One thing to note was a very loud rooster very early in the morning. If they could get rid of the rooster it would be perfect haha.

Summary: The hotel staff were very friendly. The receptionist was helpful and recommended a few places to eat, what beaches to go to. She was great! The ladies that cleaned the room were friendly, it seemed they only made the beds and changed the towels for the bathroom and pool and did the trash. Not sure of their policy on cleaning the rooms occupied. The room was a nice size for a family of four. It was a bit outdated, the beds were terrible. Really uncomfortable, and bed frames broken on both beds. We had to stick pillows behind the bed to stop it from making noise. The tv was really really slow and sometimes we couldn’t get it to work. No blow dryer in the room, but had a drying rack outside on the balcony. It did not have a real bathroom door. You can hear everything!! The staff only work from 10-5 and no one is in property after that. The guys are there bright and early cleaning the pool and hot tub. LOT OF BUGS, when it rains they were everywhere!! The pool bar was closed as they were looking for a new owner. You can buy beer from the receptionist. The projector was never on so not sure if it worked or not. The parking was a bit difficult. Both spots were on a hill and it was a bit annoying. They did have a smoking area for those who smoke. Overall we had a good time staying at the property and would recommend it. Just don’t expect all the high end stuff. It feels more like a family run hotel with charm.

Summary: The room was spotless, the mattress and pillows a little too hard for my liking, the pool is clean and nice, there is coffe free of charge every morning (they should bring it a little earlier) even thou there is a nice bar rest. by the pool, is closed, there is not much entertainment close by and the parking situation is difficult. The staff is friendly and helpful
