Positive: This hotel is tucked away on a quiet road about 10 mins from the Pont de L'Alma and 10 mins the other way from Les Invalides. It's a very pleasant location, with lots of cafes, restaurants and other lovely shops all around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful both checking-in and when I returned to get my bag - I sat and worked for a hour or two in a quiet corner and they were perfectly fine about it. The room was very clean, looking over a quiet pedestrian passage. V comfortable bed and a range of waters and soft drinks in a fridge, at no added cost, which was nice.
Negative: Not much. The rooms feel a little jammed together - my door was right next to two others, as I had a corner room. The toilet was not in the bathroom, but across the room in it's own tiny little room.
Summary: Very comfortable, great location, lovely staff and pretty good value

Negative: I was sent two surveys asking arrival time. I said 12pm twice. We hit there at 12 from airport Hugo told us to come back. We got lunch and had just traveled overnight from United States. We asked again are rooms ready? He said no we waited 45 minutes on the couch absolutely exhausted he saw that we were tired. We asked again he finally gave us one room key we had two rooms. A cleaner opened the second room for us both rooms were cleaned never used the night before. I was not happy with that hospitality. The the man serving breakfast was very creepy. He either got in the way of the juice and water in that small space or stood watching us. Also we called down for a nail saloon recommendation they said it was a 20 minute walk. There is one four doors down.

Negative: The room was very tired looking and the carpet was really stained and worn. The 15 euro breakfast was not very good.
