THE APARTMENT
The gracious space features an elegant collection of antique furnishings and modern style, creating a completely romantic atmosphere that will make it easy to linger for a lazy afternoon or evening. The OPEN LIVING AREA features ample seating to lean back and take in the striking Eiffel Tower views from the large French window, while the adjacent dining area with a hand-painted Parisian street mural is a comfortable and downright inviting spot for hours-long meals and family celebrations. The WELL-APPOINTED KITCHEN is connected via a wooden doorway, and offers a crisp and clean locale to whip up Parisian feasts, with plenty of storage space and solid tile countertops. The TWO BEDROOMS at the Romanée are both grand and graceful, with delicate décor, ample built-in storage and a dual-king bed and double bed respectively. Kindly note that the second bedroom does not have closets but there are ample shelve space. There’s also a queen-size wall bed found in the living room for additional sleeping accommodations, as well as two bathrooms, including one with a bathtub and fixed shower and another with full glass-lined shower and contemporary basin-style sink. In addition there are 3 large mobile A/C UNITS to keep you cool.
There is a combination washer/dryer for your convenience.
THE AREA
Outside, the romantic streets of Paris await, with a wonderful collection of sites and attractions that are found just a stroll away. Wander over to the Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars gardens the banks of the Seine River for leisurely self-guided expeditions, or embark on a cultural exploration of the Musée d’Orsay or the Rodin Museum located a short walk away. Trendy boutiques, affordable bistros and exceptional cafés and restaurants are all found in the neighborhood, as well as the local Pont de l'Alma and Ecole Militaire Metro stations to quickly and easily reach all the top spots in Paris. Summary: Romanee was perfect for my daughter and me. Great location, lovely main room, private bedrooms and baths for each. And the view! Truly breathtaking when the tour starts sparkling! We only ate breakfast at the apartment, but the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We loved it!! Note the second bedroom does not have a closet.

Summary: Plus was of course first the view. The main living space and kitchen were absolutely amazing in terms of space and comfort. Bedrooms were comfortable and whole the one bath is kind of crazy for showering it can be done. Check in was well managed. Get ready to be very frustrated in working the washer/dryer and range. Instruction manuals not there and online search and call to manager were completely useless. So good luck. Elevator and quiet nature of building make this a really practical spot. It’s a 8-10 min walk to metro. Grocery closer is so-so but a 10 min walk gets you to a lot of great stuff. If they removed about 20 of the outdated decor items and fake plants it would look really awesome and be more functional. Always moving junk to set our things somewhere.. Glass cleaner for the always dirty glass table would be nice. Removing gross blue liquid bath soap would also be more luxurious and more on brand. Bring your own soap and shampoo/conditioner. Awesome hair dryers though.

Summary: This was an amazing location with an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower. Spacious living area. Bedrooms are on the small side, but beds were comfortable. Bathrooms accommodate 4 people getting ready at once. Excellent cafes within walking distance. Metro is a short walk away. Greeted by Paris Perfect representative to show us around the apartment and make sure we were comfortable. They allowed us to keep our luggage at their office until we were ready for our pickup. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

Summary: We stayed in Romanee, my wife and children and a friend and everything was perfect. The passcode that was given to us had been changed the first day we were there and it was Saturday night and we could not get in contact with the Paris Perfect Office, but a kind neighbor realized what had happened and gave us the new code and said "Welcome to Paris". Other than this initial snafu everything else was perfect. The view extraordinary, the apartment clean, comfortable and well-appointed and the neighborhood was perfect, with many restaurants and Rue Cler closeby. This visti will be long remember by my family as a success! Merci Beaucoup Paris Perfect!!!

Summary: Property is truly fully equipped. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but if we wanted to, it would have been very easy. Location is excellent with restaurants and grocery on the same block. Bus is close, metro a little farther but still easy distance. The best feature is the unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower. Gorgeous both day and night. Kevin explained everything about the apt well, absolutely nothing negative about our visit. We’d stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Summary: “The Romanee apartment is beautifully situated for those of us who love the 7th arrondisement and neighborhoods surrounding the Eiffel Tower. It has easy access to bus lines and the Seine and many restaurants and amenities in the immediate area to allow for you to live as a Parisian for the week. The apartment was in excellent condition yet has the feel of the French culture and style. Four of us stayed in the apartment. My sister unfortunately took ill and required hospitalization for a number of days, and the staff at Paris Perfect was outstanding in assisting us with many unexpected details to be taken care of. We have stayed many times with this group and can say we will return to them as they always deliver on their apartments and service to their customers. Thanks for being there for us during this unexpectedly difficult week. ”
