Positive: Gorgeous location in the middle of parkland. Very quiet and attractive building. Apartment was very spacious and kitchen had everything except for a corkscrew!
Negative: As we were travelling low season we found parking available on road outside but I doubt this would be the case at busier times. There is a large public car park nearby but it is hidden in the trees and there is a height barrier. The payment process for bedlinen and towels was only by bank transfer. Towels could have been of better quality.

Positive: Complete kitchenerie and the washing machine was very welcome since this was already the third place to visit and almost all our clothes needed to wash.
Negative: No parking, there was a free parking area near but no access to the private parking (that had preserved room numbers).

Positive: The apartment is nice and bright, very complete, and in a great quiet location. We stayed 2 nights and loved everything about it. The host is very responsive and very helpful. All was easy to understand and the apartment is super comfortable - it feels like your home immediately. We took the additional bedlinnen and towels, and made sure to clean the apartment ourselves as agreed (and as we always do), it is really a very good deal everything considered.
Negative: We really liked everything, it is such a great value for money.
Summary: Charming hosts of a charming appartment in a charming part of France - recommended!

Positive: Location was very good but it was difficult to find the entrance. Although it is number 1 on the road the footpath entrance is via 26 on the connecting road. Parking is very easy in the public carpark which is inside a very nice park. Just walk down the hill from the building car park electric barrier to the sea. Much better than staying in a hotel because it is a fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen/diner. You can bring your own bedding and towels and clean the room on departure to save on added charges.
Negative: Not recommended for people with mobility problems as there are steep wood stairs to the entrance. Maybe inappropriate for people with small children because all the residents like the site to be quiet.
Summary: Good for sensible adults.
