Positive: Amazing location, roomy apartment.

Negative: The toilet and tub/shower are not in the same bathroom. Good and bad. Since there is only one of each in the apartment. The bathroom could be renovated/updated to really make this a special apartment.

Positive: This flat is absolutely ideal for anyone coming to the city for work or tourism. It's incredibly well-located, easy walking access to many sites, to Metro stations large and small. We did love it!

Negative: We ran out of Nespresso cartridges and had to go looking for them, lol. Actually it was easy enough.

Summary: Ten out of ten. The owners/managers were incredibly responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious

Positive: Location is amazing: close to the Metro, short walk to Notre Dame, Pompidou, Pantheon, Maria’s, Bastille Opera, Louvre. Simple functional flat. Comfortable beds. Everything you need in the kttchen, washer and dryer.

Negative: Not a complaint but there are a couple statues in the stairwell that are a little disarming at first. Also, if you mind city noise there is a busy street below but we were there the weekend of the reopening of Notre Dame so the noise was unusual.

Summary: Ile St Louis, Paris with a view of the Seine: fantastic.

Positive: A fabulous and very roomy apartment close to everywhere gorgeous in Paris. I cannot recommend this location more - it is central yet quiet and removed from the crowds. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as per the photographs.

Positive: Excellent location - central, easy to get to many different areas of Paris, directly on the Seine.

Negative: No elevator might be a challenge for some. It was not a problem for us.
