Positive: The location was great. In the proximity pf PER B (800 m) and Bus station outside. Fine and quiet appartement inside a residance. Very cosy and quiet. Professional landlord, with great communication and directions. Fully equipped and everything to have a wonderful stay there. Higly appreciated the very convenient bed. One of the best experiences I had through Booking.
Negative: Tiny numbers of the locker. Little trouble to reach the keys. Other than that nothing.

Negative: Bathroom could use a bath mat to get out of shower and a grab bar (poignee de securite) by the step up to the shower for safety for us older visitors. Otherwise the place was perfect.

Positive: The property is in a secured apartment complex with parking included which is a great bonus. It is next to very nice parks and about 1km from the RER B so good for walks in general. The neighborhood is family friendly and seems safe. The apartment was much larger than I thought and was very happy with the separate office space. There is alot of natural light and it has a warm/cozy feeling. Its silent at night for sleeping and overall a quiet environment. I was impressed with how spacious it was and think its a good quality/value/price ratio considering the neighborhood also which is quite charming.
Negative: The curtains are not blackout and although its nice to have natural light, I was woken every day too early from sleep. The pillows were unsupportive and not comfortable for me. Furthermore, the apartment is on a walking path so there is a matter of privacy and I had to keep the curtains closed. I didn't realize there was no dishwasher and have very bad skin allergy to dishwashing liquid but that is personal preference and my fault for not reading the facilities properly. There is no oven either but a microwave. Just to note, you have to find parking outside the building (its rather a packed street) and this was not explained to me for check in in order to get the keys first before access to the complex. Also, I was expecting the access code in the morning and I did not get it and had to ask for it which created unnecessary stress while on a very long drive. Other than these minor issues, the apartment was overall very nice to stay in and Simon answered all questions I had.
