Positive: Very nice little B&B. Great welcoming by the owners who als made an excellent breakfast. It is possible to swim in the pond next to the property which is a nice refreshment after a long car ride. We stayed here for a stopover on our route to Biarritz. Good connection to the motorway.

Positive: Everything. The private property is owned and managed by Maria and Andre. We stayed in 2 individual rooms converted from the original farmhouse. Maria and Andre greeted us warmly and could not have been more welcoming. Our stay was for 3 nights with the rooms being spacious, well appointed with all mod cons and very clean. There is no evening meal but Maria and Andre were always on hand giving advice on local restaurants and on one occasion taking us into Le Mans. The breakfast was continental style and more than sufficient, but Maria would help with any dietary requirements. The property is located adjacent to a lake with lovely gardens to sit in and relax.
Negative: Nothing our visit was exceptional

Positive: Excellent, one of the best places we have ever stayed. Marie and Andre were very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was superb, everything was there that we needed. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was good, the shower was great, particularly liked the large beach scene wall. The breakfast was excellent and the location looking out onto a small lake was so peaceful and quiet, and yet only a short drive to the centre of Le Mans.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike, and the only downside was that we only stayed for two nights.
Summary: It doesn't get better than this, excellent place to stay for a few nights or longer

Positive: The hosts were superb, friendly and helpful. They did so much to make us feel at home. The property itself is interesting, quirky, has a lovely atmosphere and a beautiful location.
Negative: It’s slightly too far from the old town of Le Mans to allow a walk there but is close enough for a short drive.
Summary: I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
