Positive: This was our first visit to Le Grand Pré and we were really impressed. We had a warm welcome from the owner Sandra who showed us around the gîte and explained in perfect English how everything worked. The gîte is very well equipped for our stay, spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated with very comfy beds. It was very hot during our two week stay but the gîte remained cool and the provision of fans helped too. The terrace area was equipped with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying the sun. We were allowed access to the large garden which again has furniture available. The gîte is in a very peaceful location but a short ten minute drive from the local village and 15 minutes from the nearest supermarkets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Sandra is the perfect host, we appreciated her friendly advice of where to visit and also to eat and drink as this was our first visit to the region. We cannot recommend le grand pré more highly, we will definitely return in the future, thank you Sandra.

Positive: Exceptional accommodation in the countryside. Sandra and her family made my wife and I very welcome. .very dog friendly with spacious grounds for them to run around. The gite has two decent sized bedrooms and the living space is ideal for the three nights we stayed.
Negative: Nothing really. Gas ran out but very quickly rectified.
