Summary: Staff went out of their way in what could have been seen as a common request! Thought because the Hotel was so luxurious that we might seem not so. However, it turned out so different they were accommodating to even the smallest need.

Summary: A gorgeous property with fabulous staff. We only stayed one night but we would love to go back and stay there again to explore Moulins properly. Sitting out on the terrace in the sunshine enjoying some drinks was so relaxing.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our two day and night stay. Impeccable service at the time of arrival and dinner in the restaurant was a dinner of a lifetime! Food, service and atmosphere left nothing to be desired! The most romantic and cozy dinner in a month of French dinners! Merci!

Summary: The hotel itself is very much a family run place, with none of the sophistication of the more luxurious modernised hotels. The staff are all very pleasant. The restaurant is very good.
