Positive: I got the closest room to the reception in my category. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was lovely. Breakfast as well.

Negative: Sure there is shortage of stuff...but everybody tried really hart - apppreciate it!

Summary: There is still the old "Flair"..... makes me want to come again....

Negative: In hindsight we wished we had a car, however we still hired a side by side buggy which got us to town for snacks

Positive: All the staff were charming and helpful. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and with a lovely view of the golf course and hills.

Negative: Unfortunately, we were there during the recent unrest and had to stay much longer than expected. There were no activities available eg snorkeling and we were advised not to leave the grounds. The food choice for dinner was extremely limited and boring. None of this was the fault of the hotel, just the circumstances. Having said.this, it was a very safe and pleasant place to be.

Negative: - no wifi in room - insects in room not clean - non functioning bath (fixed by maintenance at first night) - very limited vegetarian options in bar/restaurant - buffet style restaurant instead of a la carte - cold swimming pool

Positive: Literally everything from the start to the end of our stay was beautiful! Staff was very welcoming, room was beautiful, views were stunning, we stayed only one night but it was with sadness as literally we didn’t want to leave! Everyone was so nice and I love it when all staff say hello to you, it’s a small detail but it makes you really special! Everyone was smiling seemed like they enjoyed working there! We didnt stay in bungalov, we had a classic room with the garden view and it was also very special, it felt like we are in the jungle! We also saw that it was very family friendly hotel, however it didn’t bother us (as a couple) at all. Literally everything was great! WE LOVED IT and if ever we would come back for sure we would stay longer!

Negative: I know it’s Sheraton however dinner buffet I would say it was a bit too pricey. We finally didn’t choose it and went out (luckily we had a car as the closest restaurant was 7min by car). We had breakfast buffet and it was okay, but for person with so many allergies like me, it was once again too pricey since I couldn’t eat 80% of things over there.

Summary: One of the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed in!

Negative: The awful, and I mean awful polyester cover! I mean, polyester cover in a hot climate! The covers kept sliding off the bed on the floor and super hot , yucky to touch. I have never ever come across polyester in a hotel ever. There wasn't a top sheet so couldn't just use that either. All the towels, dressing gown, bed linen are clean but look grubby/grey. No hand towels in the bathroom. This is my pet hate. Breakfast was not so fresh. Yesterdays leftovers I am sure.
