Positive: Central location, large living space, decorations, ok about 2 bicycle storage. Quick communications.

Negative: Self supporting free standing staircase with only one banister which finished 2/3rds way down. Rope guard at top wobbles. Whole thing creaks and feels scary with drop to stone floor. Not for nervous or young kids. Treads too small so catch calves on way down. No upstairs toilet or bathroom or clothes storage so up and down staircase in night to loo. Drain was blocked and walk in shower too small so floods easily.
