Positive: I loved the decor in the house. The size of the house was excellent for our 12 family members. Close distance to stores. Hosts very responsive. Easy check in and check out. No bugs or other icky stuff. The pool was great - seems to be a bit of a problem with the waterfall; it's on sometimes, off sometimes. The pool was wonderfully warm and the kids lived in it. The yard is very well maintained and clean. The pool fence was excellent for keeping small children out of the pool. The kitchen was well appointed, except for cookie sheets to bake chicken nuggets on. Oh...and no oven mitts that we could find. Lots of towels. As with any house we rent, there are always small things that aren't what 'we' want, but overall I would rent this house again. It was fantastic for our large group.
Negative: While there is 3 1/2 bathrooms listed for the house, only 2 are INSIDE the house. The 1/2 bath is outside by the pool, the other full bath is in a separate bedroom/game room around the side of the house (no access to the inside of the house). Since we locked the doors at night, the only access the people in the separate area had was to go through back fence and come through front door. Since the back fence is locked for safety, they essentially have no way into the house once the doors are locked at night. The kitchen faucet is spraying all over - needs a plumber. The doors are quite dirty. Dirty handprints etc. This is also by all the switches and things that people touch over and over. This house is very nice, but needs a good deep cleaning. I'm picky about clean and it was livable. Certainly no bugs or other icky stuff. No golf balls were supplied for golfing. All the basketballs were mostly flat and unusable. Our kids were 5 and 6 that were using the playset and it rocks dangerously. We took them off it. The games in the game room did not work.
Summary: Excellent other than a few minor hitches.

Positive: Great, spacious property, well equipped with pool, entertainment and all you could need- hairdryer, iron, washing machine, tumble dryer, toiletries and towels. Very comfortable and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and were very happy!
Negative: There was nothing that we did not like.
