Positive: Two balconies are fantastic, the room had aircon and the kitchen was well equipped! Sabine was a great help. Property is close to buses and is a 40 minute walk to the beach which was good for us as we enjoy the stroll down. Would highly recommend.

Positive: Loved the terraces and location to explore Nice and South of France. Host was very communicative and easy to work with. Lots of guides provided if looking for recommendations to explore. Equipped with every we needed - just had to go to store to get laundry pods and paper towels (stayed 2 weeks, but would have been fine if just 1 week)
Negative: Could have been a little cleaner - had to rewash some plates and dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. Everything else was clean and up to standards. Downstairs neighbor came up to complain a lot but host helped and was not bothered again. Would come back again

Positive: We were met by the lovely Angelique. The apartment is beautiful, balconies to two sides, great views from both. If you like to walk, which we do, you can be at the prom in 30 minutes, if not there are plenty of buses and trams. Lovely friendly safe area. Restaurants a few minutes walk away.Everything you need is supplied in the apartment. There is a lovely lady living below the apartment, please don't do what we did and pour the air conditioning run off water down the balcony drain, it's an old building and causes a leak on to her balcony 😞. Would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment.

Positive: Great location, really comfortable, great terraces. Really easy to live from.
Negative: Next door neighbour doesn't seem to like tourists laying down the law about being quiet as soon as we arrived. No issue as we arnt exactly noisy people and it's a residential block so it's understandable
