Positive: The property was ideally positioned for our stay in Montreal. It also provided easy access to most of the city attractions. Although a bit dated, hence the lower price, it made for a pleasant stay.

Negative: Communication with the host could be better. Pre-arrival we had an unanswered message but access details did arrive on time which was the main thing. I think the cleaner must have had a bad day. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived, this didn’t bother us as we didn’t use it. A couple of pans had been put away dirty so needed cleaning before use. And, the batteries in the TV remote were dead. Small items, but enough to affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Negative: Very late check-in. The bed mattress is so hard. One room only has a curtain as a door. Was asked to do a lot of cleaning before check out, so why charge a cleaning fee? Other than that, cute place to stay.
