Summary: Excellent location: The hotel is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very spacious: Lots of storage and useable space for two people.

Summary: This was disappointing for many reasons which I have addressed with the hotel. Rooms are not soundproofed at all. Make sure you request a room away from the elevators or you will hear the noise all night. You will also hear loudly whoever is staying above you so pray they don’t wish to walk around all night. Make sure reception tell you about all facilities and services. Rooftop is gorgeous but food is just average. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Showers are inconsistent and tricky to operate. Some good staff and some not so good. Gym is ok but no music or tv so this would be a good addition.

Summary: Wonderful property, rooms are extra large suites, kitchenette and patio. Bathroom is huge with a walk in closet and everything was comfortable and clean. The hotel is really fun inside, pool is on the roof with a lovely bar and am so sad we didn’t get to use it. Staff was great overall, valets especially were fantastic, friendly, and quick.

Summary: Spouse and I had a couple’s trip in mid-June and everything about this hotel was delightful. Our room had a balcony that opened out to a quiet street with lots of jacaranda trees. The bed was firm and comfortable, and our suite (which looked to originally have been a studio apartment?) was spacious. Very clean and up-to-date fixtures and furniture. The rooftop pool was also amazing, with four great covered cabanas. Hotel staff was attentive and friendly. The free coffee in the morning and wine at happy hour was also great. Some construction dust and debris on the third floor was the only drawback. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: The location is excellent, with spacious rooms & balconies. The property also offers a rooftop tennis court, underground parking, and laundry facilities. We always return back.

Summary: Great location, walkable to restaurants, bars and shopping. You’re in a neighborhood so you feel like you’re a local/resident of the area. Friendly staff and rooftop is a nice vibe.

Summary: We stay here often. The hotel is in a good location in West Hollywood and offers large rooms. Staff is very responsive and accommodating. I will note that during our last two stays there was an issue with it water at times. And all premiere rooms (tho large) are not of equal size. Some are larger than others
