Positive: In a good location, 10 mins walk into town. It’s a quaint and fairly charming property with lots of mismatched furniture etc. Was clean as there was a very strong smell of bleach on entry! Beautiful view and terrace.
Negative: We didn’t know the pool wasn’t going to be open which was a bit of a shame, even if we didn’t swim, would’ve been nice to use the terrace. A lack of toilet in the en-suite was clearly quite a French thing but a shame! Also check in time at 5pm is very very late, however we were grateful for the hosts that made it ready by 4. The photos do make it look more polished than it is inside.

Positive: The location of the property was very convenient. The swimming pool was of a good size and warm enough during the time we stayed although the heating of it was broken.
Negative: The agent for the owner clearly had too many change overs on the day that we arrived and the handover was somewhat hurried. The pool liner is showing its age and could do with replacing, in addition to which the cover for the pool could not be operated as it was broken. We were advised this would be repaired during our stay but was not. Whilst it was not an issue for us, it should be noted in the description of the property that the internal stairs are very steep and potentially could therefore be an issue for anyone with limited mobility.
Summary: "Location, location, location" this has that in abundance!
