Positive: Location was excellent and the property was excellent except for the door leading to the balcony, which was difficult to use.
Negative: General booking system was terrible. Paid in advance. Then ordered to sign a contract. Then asked to get on to our bank to guaranty an indemnity bond. We were told that the neighbors would be watching us. We will never subject ourselves again to this treatment. We've booked apartments with Booking.com annually for over 15 years and no proprietor has ever had a complaint.
Summary: Booking system was a shambles. The property and location were excellent.

Positive: The apartment is very spacious and well equipped with a kitchen and washer. This place is very suitable for longer stay and very calm neighborhood. The grocery store is opposite the street and is so convenient to grab anything you need. The neighbors are very friendly too and everyone greeted each others.
Negative: The apartment required a thorough cleaning, as the floor at the kitchen and dining area is sticky. The bed needs to be vacuum too because when I arrived, there were dead insects on the bed without the bed sheet and blankets. I need to change the bathroom bulb as well as it didn’t light up on my second day of stay luckily there is a spare one to change.

Negative: Few little things missing - bedside tables and lights, hand towels to make it super comfortable. But these are minor things.

Positive: The apartment is very nice, quite spacious and well-lit, and suited us perfectly. It is very well located, with easy access to the tram. It is close to a number of good restaurants and there is even a couple of grocery shops nearby for convenience including a Carrefour market, hair salon, a nice gym and pubs/ cafes are also within the same vicinity. It is well equipped, major appliances were there, including a BBQ on the terrace. The decor is modern and nice, and had a lot of personal touches, like books, wall art, etc. Being our first time to rent an apartment, it wasn't difficult to collect the key, but it felt like playing guessing games and puzzles after what was for us a very long trip (7 hours flight+4 hours train not counting the waiting time at airports and stations), but we managed.
Negative: The apartment needs a little more deep cleaning. The obvious spaces were clean, but we found the kitchen countertop to be sticky, a lot of dust under the sofa and bed, there was even a plastic bottle of water forgotten under the bed, the cleaning tools cabinet needed cleaning itself. We didn't step out on the terrace, although it has a gorgeous terrace with a lots of room to sit and relax but it also needed cleaning. Also, used sponges were left for the kitchen sink and the bathroom which we didn't use, we bought new ones.
Summary: Overall, we had a very good stay and we would do it all over again.
