Positive: Modern, nice aesthetic, cosy, good use of space, good facilities.

Negative: Host didn't reply for the whole 3 days we were there when we asked them. Noise at night from inside the flat (extractor fan) distracting.

Positive: the price, but ultimately, not worth it. we actually went out and bought new towels to use, as we would not consider using the ones left for us

Negative: the bed was extremely uncomfortable, owner harassed us for a couple days after leaving the property telling us we did not clean it as his cleaners only sweep and change the bed! very unpleasant man!

Summary: would never stay here again. perhaps younger people could sleep on this bed

Negative: The only thing I would've liked was a kettle (there was a coffee machine), but I was able to make tea with a pan on the hob so not really an issue.

Negative: The standard of cleaning was not that good, we had to be careful not to let our clothes get covered in dog hair, items stored on top of the food cupboard were covered in dust and had to be thoroughly clean before use, and when was the last time the hoover was emptied? Also there was no kettle and only two coffee filters for the machine (for a five night stay) and the knives supplied were blunt.

Summary: If the cleaning was better and the cutlery updated this would have been a very nice place to stay.

Positive: The room was comfortable, clean and in a good location. The hot water was instant and pressure fabulous. We enjoyed having our own kitchen so we could do some cooking.

Negative: The shower cubicle was quite small. If you were on the larger side, it would be a tight squeeze!

Positive: Fabulous location just a short walk to supermarket, church and Somme museum. Spacious for studio style, small but good kitchen with oven, good heating, washing machine a bonus and strong wifi.
