Positive: Outside the old town but easy enough to access by foot or bus. Quiet location. Space in kitchen was tight but kitchen facilities were suitable to allow preparation of simple meals. Good communication with host. Great shower.
Negative: Air con is a portable system that was noisy for sleeping and struggled to cool the room in hot weather. Bed was very soft! Lock on front door is very difficult to operate!
Summary: A quirky apartment in a good location - just hope for mild weather!

Positive: We loved the location and the living details of the rooms. Check in was easy, there were plugs and extension chords aplenty. Even a night light was available. Just a very pleasant stay. Also the location right by the park was wonderful.
Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

Positive: Quiet. Very nice decor. Neighborhood was very nice, good info provided by owners in the guide binder Not touristy.
Negative: A long walk to tourist sites. Tv was challenging to get working.

Negative: Only small issue is that it is *relatively* far from the old town so not easy to access without the bus, but it is close to St Roch and other fun things!

Positive: The room is wonderfully designed, comfortable and had all the amenities we could wish for! The location allowed us to reach any part of Quebec city on foot, and has some cool restaurants, brunch spots and cafes in the immediate vicinity. The recommendations for where to eat provided by the host were great and very much appreciated!
