Summary: Lovely hotel with lovely room and view. You can see the entire sea view of Nice. However, it is a harbour away from the main area which takes about 45-minute walk - something to keep in mind for those who have mobility problem. Driving to downtown takes about 10 minutes, but the traffic of Nice is BAD. The hotel is lovely otherwise and staff is helpful.

Summary: Fantastic hotel - this is the 3rd time I have stayed here over last 4 years. Great views of the sea from the sea facing rooms. Lovely restaurant and bar terrace. It is a bit outside Nice - about a 25-30 minute walk to the old town. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We slept with our windows open and got to listen to the waves throughout the night. Just keep in mind, there is no room service here but there are several dining options within walking distance.
