The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Nice, in a luxury residence, with secure underground parking, 2 private swimming pools (adults and small children) and collective garden.
Easy to access and close to all amenities, the port (10 minutes on foot), the old town (15 minutes on foot) with its friendly shops and restaurants, supermarkets (10 'on foot from Intermarché and Carrefour) and from the sea (500m), on the 1st floor of a building with 4 floors of garage then 4 floors of apartments, so it is actually ... on the 5th floor, offering a panoramic view of the sea, the Baie des Anges, the Port, the old Castle of Nice and the city!
The access to the sea is fast (10 minutes on foot), by small green and flowered streets.
The comfortable interior has been completely refurbished.
The apartment is rented furnished and fully equipped, with secure private parking and charges included (water, electricity, air conditioning or heating depending on the season)
To get to the apartment from the airport:
- From the airport by bus:
take bus 98 or 99 (depending on the terminal of your plane) to the "Bus station" in the old town, where you can take 2 buses to the apartment: line 81 (direction St Jean Cap Ferrat) or line 100 (direction Menton / Monaco). Get off at the SAINT AIGNAN bus stop, about 800m after the port. Allow 30 to 45 minutes, depending on whether you get a bus directly on arrival or have to wait for the next one.
- From the airport by taxi:
a taxi from / to the airport costs 30-35 € (depending on the number of bags and the journey time) and takes 20-30 minutes, depending on the time and traffic.
To discover Nice and / or get around without a car:
- From the SAINT AIGNAN bus stop, opposite the apartment, lines 81 and 100 will take you to the Old Town in 5 minutes (one bus every 15-20 minutes).
- If you like walking: allow 10 minutes to get to the port (Vieux Port) and 15 minutes to Place Garibaldi, the start of the city center and Old Nice where you will find many shops (crafts, souvenirs, clothing, luxury. ..), tapas bars and very nice little restaurants.
Place Garibaldi, there is also the 'tram' which connects the most important places in Nice (shops, cultural, tourist places, bus and train station, cinemas ...), the supermarket 'Monoprix' and the cinema 'Mercure' (nearest, 15 minutes on foot).
Closest supermarkets:
- ‘Intermarché’ on the road from the port to the apartment (boulevard Lech Walesa) or ‘Carrefour’ 10 minutes walk (850m) higher on Boulevard Carnot (direction Villefranche)
- Both are open from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm, with free delivery to the apartment for any purchase of more than € 75 (also possible to order by internet).

Summary: Lovely apartment with a superb view overlooking the old port at Nice. Contact with owner was timely and professional - very thoughtful of the needs of the visitor. Facilities throughout the apartment were excellent - very clean. Noelle; who welcomed us to the property, was very kind and thoughtful. In particular, the explanation of facilities upon arrival was much appreciated. Swimming pool and sunbathing area was just right - very clean. Local supermarket and shops were more than adequate to meet the needs of our stay. Great base for exploring the area around NIce. Overall: great apartment, great view for sunsets, exemplary support/service, welcoming and thoughtful of the needs of the visitor.

Summary: Bus stop outside apartment for buses to Monaco, Cap Ferrat and all the small villages along the coast. About a 20 minute walk or 10 minute walk into Nice. Comfortable, well maintained and air conditioned. Would definitely stay here again

Summary: Amazing apartment with a stunning view from a large terrace. Ideal way to spend an evening especially with curfew. Great location with a great bus service right outside the apartment. Both Philippe and Noelle were the perfect hosts very helpful. We would definitely go back and I highly recommend this property we had the most perfect holiday.

Summary: Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need; just perfect! Kitchen is compact, bed is comfortable, and bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible and we enjoyed there a very relaxing Christmas week; every evening, we sat on the terrace to admire beautiful sunsets and an incredible view of the Bay of Angels. The apartment is very close to Nice’s harbor and many wonderful places such as Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu, Cap d’Ail or Cap d’Antibes where we had lovely walks along the sea amid stunning landscapes. Philippe is the most thoughtful host and provided us with all the information we needed; he was always available by phone. We highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

Summary: We loved staying here in August 2017. The apartment comes with everything you need to be comfortable and the view from the balcony is something else - if you enjoy watching ships and aircraft you're in for a treat! The pool is conveniently located just one floor below and is kept clean and safe, it's a great place to cool down, relax or even speak to fellow holiday makers or residents. The location is away from all the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas but easily accessible via bus, tram, foot or bike. The only downside to the location is the hill leading up to it from the port. Walking up that with our shopping on a hot day was not fun, fortunately the pool was just a few metres away to recover afterwards! One tip: Don't get a taxi here. We did and not only did we get ripped off but it was a scary experience. Get the tram to Garabaldi (easy from the train station) and the 81, 30 or 100 bus from there - they all stop right outside and at just 1 euro 50 per ticket are brilliantly priced!

Summary: We were in this condo for one week and were amazed by it. The location is perfect, superb view, easy access to center on foot, flat is well equipped and was very very clean! We had an excellent stay and can only recommend this condo. The owner as well as the neighbor looking after the flat were very nice, friendly and helpful.
