Positive: This is a no frills motel. If you need to stay in the area, this motel is decent. The manager (who only works in the morning) is very nice and helpful . We had some plumbing issues and in the end the repairs were completed and a credit was issued for the inconvenience that we had to endure. I'm not sure how anyone gives this property a score of 9? It is a 7, not more!
Negative: The woman who works in the afternoon clearly had little experience and was not helpful when we needed to have some repairs done. Communication with the hotel was only received in Italien. Booking.com is extremely difficult or impossible to contact

Positive: Good value, free parking and beautiful grounds.
Negative: Reception was never open and there were no staff at the resort except for cleaners and one person for breakfast during a very short time window 8.30-10am. Reception did not have any opening times, nor did anyone answer the ‘emergency’ phone number when called several times. The wifi was also very slow or did not work some days.
Summary: Good value and beautiful grounds but no staff or wifi.

Positive: - Very tranquil location. No road noise at all. Just birds. - The pool was lovely. Temperature was a little chilli but would be absolutely fine if you stayed in summer months - small sauna which heated up quickly. - breakfast was excellent. High quality with a very good selection. - dinner was an excellent quality and good value - Rooms were clean and well tended to - beds were comfortable - the whole resort was spotless and very clean - good shower pressure
Negative: - shower takes a long time to heat up. - was sometimes had to find staff when you had a question. But we resolved this by calling an available number or messaging via booking.com. - my partner was served a food item she is allergic too at dinner. Despite this being declared and acknowledged by the team. It was a side dish so I just ate it instead. But given allergy information was asked for. Would have been good to have seen more care taken to ensure this didn't happen.
