Summary: The 'luxury' description is pushing it but still a decent, comfortable property in good location. Staff are present only on a limited basis but were friendly and helpful. Access might be tricky for anyone elderly or with mobility issues but we'd be happy to stay again.

Summary: Communication with the hotel was superb. I received a message that my room was ready for check in at 9:00 am which was amazing! My booking should have included breakfast but in the morning I was told I didn’t request or pay for it when making the reservation and no food was available. Location was very convenient. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Summary: We had a great stay at the property. Concy was super helpful before we got to Rome, and also during our stay. Highly recommend staying here as the location is very convenient for walking to the sights and the building is beautiful.

Summary: The property was clean and the room was large by European standards. The rooms were close to each other so noise was an issue. We have a little boy so we are sure other guests were affected by our noise too! There are a number of stairs to get to the lift - this is not an issue for us on our own but difficult with the baby and pram. The lift is an old elevator which was slow. The service was good and friendly. Thank you for a nice stay.
