Positive: The view is the most credible about this lodge. But it is far from the restaurants and shops which are 9 minutes drive away in downtown Camden. The hotel is clean overwall and it is right by Highway 1, easy to get to.
Negative: The breakfast is very minimium. It only has milk, bread, fruit and waffle. That is it. If you need some more traditional breakfast includes crumble egg or saussages, you will be disappointed.

Positive: The view from the balcony was just as described. The ocean view was most important. The room was fine. The location was good, not far from Camden.
Negative: It seemed that the motel was short on cleani g staff. When we arrived, i walked to the slider. Covered from top to bottom were fingerprints and forehead smudges. A little bit disappointing, but I grabbed a bottle of windex and pa per towels at the store and took care of it. It was no big deal. The room did not have kleenex tissues, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper, the keurig still had the previous guests coffee k-cup, 3 of the 4 individual water bottles in the fridge had been opened or maybe they were supposed to have been cleaned out? The k-cups had not been replenished. We grabbed what we needed out of the supply closet. Breakfast was included. This consisted of hard-boiled eggs, 3 kinds of dry cereal, muffins and danish. Make your own waffles. The coffee was fine, but only powered creamer and a 1/4 gallon of skim milk in the fridge for cereal and coffee. One of the guests asked for creamer. He was directed to the fridge. They hadn't run out, just didn't supply it. The above description was not a game changer, inconveniences but not terrible.
Summary: All in all, we had a decent stay.

Positive: Room was very comfortable, clean and roomy. The view was EXCELLENT! Watching the water, the ducks, and other animals was dreamy!
Negative: Loved it all! Zero negatives!

Positive: View from room was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very clean. Everything looked recently renovated. Breakfast was ok. I suspect because it was a Monday the breakfast was more basic. But everything offered was very nice. I liked the Keurig in the room. There were views from everywhere. The pool looked nice though we didn't use it because of the weather and time. We enjoyed our stay very much
