NOTE- Ground floor bedroom and bathroom have wide access doors suitable for wheelchair users.
The owners set out to build a Lefkada villa with ‘wow’ factor & certainly succeeded. They maximised the dramatic impact of its close proximity to the water, the outstanding far reaching views & its exceptional location. They wanted to make the pool a particular feature & the local Mayor believes this is the largest (private villa) pool on the island 15 metres in each direction of the ‘L’ shaped infinity pool. The extensive glazed areas reinforce that sense of space & light whilst taking full advantage of beautiful views in all directions.
Hi-spec seven seater** 4WD car available as optional extra.
**Note: It's a five seat vehicle with 2 additional, fold down 'jump seats' in the rear section making seven in total. For parties of eight people we can (usually!) arrange help on arrival at Preveza airport in the form of another vehicle for the transfer of people & luggage from airport to villa.
A great example of classic good design: This villa is an exceptional example of good design with close attention to detail & featuring elegant finishes such as marble floors, staircase & bathrooms. All four spacious bedrooms are ensuites & have direct access to outside terraces. Bedrooms & lounge have electrically operated external sun blinds (very useful).
Large, comfortable lounge (triple aspect to maximise close range sea views) leading to dedicated dining area & kitchen. The lounge is comfortably, classically furnished with sofas, coffee table, TV (Satellite TV is no longer provided because of the ever decreasing range of (relevant!) content available in that area. This is not a situation specific to just this property, it is the same for most properties on the island. However, now, there is internet TV in the property which allows guests to connect to their favourite streaming services as well as some of the pre-installed apps on the TV e.g. Netflix, Prime, YouTube etc. (Note: Do remember to ‘log out’ of Netflix / Amazon etc before you leave the property!), DVD, Stereo.
Kitchen located to give easy, direct access via patio doors to large, adjacent shaded terrace ideal for al fresco dining.
Kitchen & lounge are unusually spacious whilst outside, that sense of space & generous proportion is continued with extensive poolside terraces, shaded BBQ area & very large ‘L’ shaped infinity pool 15m x 15 m each side of the 'L'. Furniture is classic & comfortable, even the beds have superior mattresses. One superb feature is the pool shower with hot water as well as cold.

Ground floor:
Entrance hall. Large fitted kitchen (full cooking facilities) with American style fridge (ice maker), separate open plan dining area and a spacious, triple aspect lounge with comfortable furniture and accessories. One twin ensuite bedroom. Marble floors and stairs
Upper floor:
One twin and one double (master) bedroom all en suite.
The main bedroom suite has a bath and separate shower with a dressing area. All bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and feature high quality fittings.
Lower floor:
Ensuite double bedroom & terrace. Utility room. This is a self contained suite accessed from lower terrace. Where essential, access from inside can be given
Outside:
Custom built BBQ located under large shaded pergola. Numerous patios and dining areas with comfortable furniture. The whole outside is dominated by the magnificent infinity pool. Hot and cold pool shower. All terraces and verandas are tiled or flag stoned.
