Our Collection of Homes Includes:
1. The Waterfront Cottage
(Sleeps 5): A charming 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage featuring one king bed, one queen bed, and a bunk bed with a full-size bottom.
2. The King Waterfront Cottage
(Sleeps 4): Each bedroom offers a king size bed with Roku tvs. Master bedroom featuring a wheelchair accessible ensuite full bathroom.
3. The 1920s Waterfront Home
(Adults Only, Sleeps 5): A uniquely styled 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home boasting a king ensuite with a half bath, a queen bedroom with a shared full hallway bathroom, and an upstairs full bed with a full bathroom and a private outdoor water-view balcony.
4. The Barn Living Quarters
(Sleeps 6): A convenient 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom space attached to the barn complex, featuring two queen beds and a bunk bed with a full-size bottom.

Explore our expansive 75-acre property with miles of scenic wooded trails perfect for leisurely strolls and connecting with nature. Our waterfront location on the Eau Claire River/Lake Altoona provides endless opportunities for water adventures. Take out our kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, pontoons rental, and row boats (available upon request, additional fees may apply). Enjoy swimming and soaking up the sun along the shoreline.
Back on land, gather around the fire pits for evening camaraderie, fire up the gas grills for outdoor feasts, and relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture. Challenge each other to outdoor games, or head indoors for some friendly competition with foosball, pool table, ping pong, cornhole, Jenga, and air hockey!

The guest cottages are private spaces and limited to guests only. The beautiful river trail is accessible with a zero slope shallow beach with picnic table and fire pit. Each waterfront home has access to a gentle slope to the water. This makes for easy kayak, canoe and row boat launching. There is also a private boat launch. Should you decide to bring your boat, discuss boat launch and boating access with host prior to booking. Many parts of the river and beach areas are shallow making it a haven for children and adults.
We will be available or have someone available to help with any issues that might arise. The owner/hosts spend a significant time during the summer on the property. Various workers are occasionally maintaining the property. We respect our guests privacy and peace.
