Summary: Enjoyable visit. Perfect getaway for the winter. Enjoyed mountain biking, golf, and hiking. Highly recommended location with owners who care for the property and are easy to work with.

Summary: We were pleased to see that the home is exactly as represented in the listing. The open floor plan draws your eyes to the incredible view and beautifully landscaped back yard (which is nicely lit at night). The furnishings were quality with particularly comfortable beds and living room seating. We found ourselves in an upscale neighborhood in a very private location. Because neighboring houses are not visible from inside, it felt remote. However, it was very convenient to shopping and a reasonable drive to the amenities and nightlife of Scottsdale. An added bonus was the community center with 2 pools, hot tub, 2 tennis courts and 3 exercise rooms. We had several occasions to contact Chuck and Sherry with questions. They responded within minutes! They met us upon our arrival and personally welcomed us to their very well maintained home.

Summary: The house sits facing the desert with the mountains in the distance. From the living area you do not see any other houses. Only mountains, sky, and wildlife. The house is located on a remote cul de sac, so there is very little traffic noise. Only birds and the occasional airplane. The elevation of the property is 2,600 feet, approximately 1,000 higher than downtown Scottsdale. It’s a few degrees cooler at night, but the night sky is crystal clear. The interior is spotless and the furnishings are excellent. The open floor plan along with plentiful glass combine for a bright, airy look. The owners Chuck and Sherry have the property in great condition and are very responsive and accommodating.
