This Private Studio features kitchenette, private bath, private entrance and access to the homes with spectacular lake views over Lake Ariana.
Situated just 13 miles from Legoland and 30 minutes from Disney this is your perfect affordable, clean, private base for your theme park vacation.
The Apartment
This upstairs unique space has private entrance, spectacular lake views from your private 10 x16 foot Main Studio bedroom Balcony. Main Studio bedroom also features work desk, Loveseat, Sofa, Queen-Bed, TV and a Walk in Closet.
The Kitchenette with dining table for 4 is located in between of the 2 Bedrooms.
The second Bedroom is only 10'x10' with a Queen-bed and a Wardrobe.
You will have full un-interupted access of my studio - i am next door in the main house and can be there to help you with a few minutes notice however I like to give my guests total privacy - just call if I am needed.
Other things to note
You have your own entry door, Kitchen and Bathroom nothing has to be shared.

Summary: Nice location and host on site. Was disappointed that there was no living room but that was my fault for not reading the property description. The WiFi access needed help from the host…not described properly in the unit details. Didn’t realize there was significant stairs to access the unit. Overall, just OK.

Summary: Owner was very friendly and accomodating. When traveling with my son, 10 years-old (boys can be hyper), I am always a bit anxious staying where owner is on property. He checked in when he saw us outside to make sure we had everything we needed. When visiting friends in this area again, will stay here hands down. I can’t say enough.

Summary: We wanted a getaway with our grandchildren ages 5 and 13. Two energetic boys. The place was perfect. The small bedroom accomdated the boys giving them their own tv and space. The larger bedroom served as a gathering area with the couch to watch tv together. The deck off the large bedroom allowed us to enjoy our morning tea and evening the evening sunset. The pool was perfect and we spent a lot of time in it. There was an amazing park nearby for the kids to play in totally shaded. Over all we had a wonderful stay and rhe hosts were very nice and friendly asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay better.

Summary: In town for a baseball tournament location is great, 6 min from the fields. Nice to have coffee in the morning looking out at the lake from the deck. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it was very tempting! Hosts were great, no complaints at all. Highly recommend.

Summary: The stay was absolutely perfect, the host was super nice and welcoming! Really made it feel as if we were at home, quiet location and sunsets by the lake are just breathtaking. Rooms were very clean and enjoyed the pool during my stay as well, great place to stay.
