Leichhardt Farm Cottage 2 is a quaint newly renovated farm cottage, 10 minutes from the centre of Launceston. There are spectacular views up the valley to Ben Lomond ski mountain and it is close to the renowned Josef Chromy vineyard. It is one of a pair which can be let individually or together for larger groups.
The comfortable cottage consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom can be made up as either a queen bed or two single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living area. Maximum guests is 6.

Summary: Leichhardt farm cottage was a wonderful place to stay whilst we enjoyed visiting and exploring Launceston. Cottage just as described. Comfy beds, bathrooms and a gorgeous view. We really enjoyed waking up to the farm animals surrounding us. Everything you need for a great home away from home whilst on holidays. Loved it and would highly recommend.

Summary: Location afforded spectacular views -changing scenes always beautiful. Amazing sunrises. Comfortable home. The roaring fire made the cabin warm and cosy. We had a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again.

Summary: We spent 5 great nights at 149 Farm Cottage! A stunning location on a hilly plain, far away from noise. We almost forgot where we were , with the absolute peace and the stunning outlook over paddocks. We would never forget; the dear horsy who stayed in the adjascent block of land (our 2 girls named she/he "Mansella") and welcoming good morning (in the 1st morning) we received from the turkey couple who came from nowhere and disappeared . We were fully satisfied with the immaculate and comfortable indoor and outdoor settings, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, comfortable and very clean beds and linens, clean bathrooms and everything. We would definitely recommend the cottage 11 to anyone wanting a retreat away from home. (P.S. Only thing we need to tell you was; Please fix a blind or thick curtain to cover the bathroom window for master bedroom. We had to hang a thick bath towel . )

Summary: The cottage was an absolute delight to stay at. The furnishings and fit out were to a very high standard and we enjoyed five nights there and didn’t want to leave, The fire place was a warming comfort and highlight as we were there over a couple of very cold days. The location was wonderful, very quiet and surrounded by beautiful countryside. The views from the cottage were breath taking!! Pam did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible and nothing was too much trouble for her. Great host!!

Summary: We stayed here over Christmas and the view from the kitchen was remarkable. It was so peaceful to look out on the fields, mountains and farm animals. It had been remodeled recently it seemed and was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the beds, linens, nice furniture and just everything really. I highly recommend this destination....just charming!
