Summary: This house is beautiful on the inside and outside! The details throughout the house made it very welcoming. The layout of the house provided privacy for each person staying at the vrbo. The coffee provided was an added benefit. The temperature was comfortable through out the house. One minor issues that surfaced was communicated to the owners and they addressed my concern immediately.

Summary: Over-all ok. The property and location were nice. However, the house felt too much like someone's house. Stuff in the closet, kitchen with left over food, junk in the drawers. Not as professional and cleaned up as other places that we have stayed. Worst part was the lack of good AC. It was April and not that hot but the AC did not get the temp below 78. Texas humid, cannot stay in this place in summer. The temp was miserable at night even in these moderate conditions. Cannot recommend with-out a new AC.
