Summary: The large front porch was great for us to sit out and enjoy the quiet mornings and evenings. We saw a couple of deer.Beds were comfortable. It was only a short drive into town.

Summary: Kitchen was well stocked. It had everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. Quiet neighborhood and it wasn’t very far from the things we wanted to do.

Summary: Property was cozy and home-like, including a well equipped kitchen and interesting books and games. We were in the area for thanksgiving with more family and cooked a few dushes...kitchen had everything, even measuring cups and spoons!!! 5 adults and one dog were quite comfortable and plenty of space to not feel crowded. Host was responsive and helpful! Thank you!

Summary: Statues for the weekend for the Salado Scottish Festival. The home was nice and quaint and just a few minutes from downtown Salado. Really enjoyed my stay!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The place was neat and clean and because it was out from town a bit it was very quiet and private. I would add that the beds are a little high so if you're older or have mobility limitations, this might be an issue for you to consider. The kitchen table was a perfect place for us to play games and eat meals. We only had 2 cars, but the driveway could easily hold 3 cars if you've got a larger group. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it to others.
