Positive: This place is new and is very clean! The room is very spacious! Kids are so happy with the snacks and drinks provided in the room. There's also a very nice dining area on the 3rd floor. Everything is excellent. The owners are very kind, polite and very thoughtful! This made our stay in Alishan very memorable and wonderful! Thank you! We will definitely recommend it to our friends. ☺️

Positive: The owner and his wife, the cleanliness, our lovely big warm and inviting room, the view, the comfortable bed, the endless snacks. Room had wonderful view of the mountains when not raining! Parking was directly in front of the Hotel with had a lift. There was a shared kitchen dining room with microwave, coffee machine, help yourself coke and lollies, a large dining table and chairs for guest use and a balcony to watch the views. A lovely place and not far from other touristy places. Thank you for your hospitality.

Negative: Only a few very minor and personal preferences which would not effect some other travellers - pillows were hard but we forgot to ask for softer ones! Would’ve liked a fridge in our own room and a safe.

Positive: We had an excellent stay at the Leisurely Inn in Shizhuo! The hosts were incredibly welcoming – they invited us to a tea tasting, showed us their beautiful tea plantation, and even drove us to a nearby restaurant since we were traveling by public transport. The accommodation was very modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They also provided plenty of snacks and generously shared their delicious tea with us. It was a truly warm and memorable experience – we would love to come back!

Positive: The room was super clean and cozy. I feels like being home. The room comes with a big TV for me to enjoy my movies at night. The property owners are friendly and they offered us their homemade Oolong teas and chit chatting with them.

Negative: No.

Summary: The room was comfortable and cozy. Definitely its value for money and will definitely revisit them again.

Positive: The place was so clean and well presented. It had clean facilities and ammenities. I loved the common share room with the kitchen and fridge with additional free coke and snacks. The room was spacious with appropriate cooling and heating. They also provided a humidifier for each room which was helpful as I have trouble with the airs in the room. The bathroom had its own hair dryer and supplies needed. Toilet was clean which is always a plus. The owners themselves were absolutely sweet and adorable. Because we stayed there we found out they are tea farmers as well. On the first floor we were able to purchase teas after having a tea experience with the owner. Despite very limited English he would use his translator app to communicate with us the whole time. When we arrived in Alishan he went out his way to drive us to the bus stop and pick us up after our mountain hike. We even briefly mentioned wanting to see tea farms but ran out of time. He offered to take us to his own bright in the morning before we left. Hotel was not only a great place to stay but when you have owners that look out for you like this, it only makes the stay more welcoming and enjoyable.

Negative: It was too perfect to fault. Especially considering that it is in Alishan, most stays aren’t as new. If you are looking for new and clean then this is the place to book.
