Summary: We’ve been staying in the Lely community since 2016, usually 1-4 week stays. So we know the area well, especially the restaurants and retail store locations. Of all of our stays to date, this unit was top notch location-wise. The vehicular entrance and exit into Coral Falls was easy, with many of our favorite dining places nearby. The unit itself was immaculate. And the remodeling and furniture were well beyond what you’d expect in a rental unit. Almost too nice! The pool was within 15 yards of the unit’s lanai, so a very easy walk. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, with everything that you needed or wanted. Prior to our stay and during, communication with Shelly (Owner) was great, with immediate response to any questions that we had. In summary, an outstanding unit and rental experience - we’ll definitely be back!

Summary: The apartment was well equipped, with everything you could imagine. There really wasn't anything missing. It is very tastefully decorated and looks exactly like the pictures. We felt completely comfortable as a family. The complex is very quiet and the location is perfect. Shelly was available at any time. We would stay here again at any time and can only recommend Shelly's apartment. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Immaculately clean , tastefully furnished , comfortable beds , steps away from the pool The building is quiet and very well kept with well groomed grounds ,and the neighbourhood is lovely for walking .
